Job summary

This role focuses on creating templated reports, reviewing abstracts, and coordinating with physicians and billing staff to ensure accurate data transfer to billing and timely reporting for research and credentialing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in database management.
• Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience, preferably with vascular disease patients.
• RN or LPN licensure in NYS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collects and enters clinical data into vascular registry databases.
• Creates and runs queries for data analysis and monthly quality assurance reports.
• Analyzes data and generates meaningful reports for the physicians.
• Reviews billing reports and coordinates with billing staff to expedite claims.
