Job summary

Mercy in Manchester, MO, is seeking an experienced perioperative RN/ RN First Assistant to join our operating room team. You will provide patient-centered perioperative care, coordinate with the surgical team, and ensure safety and confidentiality throughout the care process.

Required is an active RN license in the practice state and at least 1 year of perioperative nursing experience; BLS/ACLS are required within the first year, with CNOR/RN-First Assistant preferred.

Qualifications

• RN licensure in the state of practice.
• BLS/ACLS certifications required within the first year.
• Minimum 1 year perioperative nursing experience.
• CNOR and/or RN-First Assistant preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide perioperative patient care in the operating room.
• Collaborate with surgical team to ensure patient safety and comfort.
• Maintain patient rights, confidentiality, and chart accuracy.
