Job summary

United Vein & Vascular Centers is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for a 100% outpatient vascular role in Northern Colorado, with clinic options in Longmont, Thornton, and Fort Collins. Flexible full-time and part-time schedules are available, with required training prior to assuming full duties.

The APP will work independently within their scope after training, collaborating with vascular physicians.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of NP/PA experience in vascular or related settings.
• Vascular experience required; wound care preferred.
• Graduate of NP or PA program with active Colorado license.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications; DEA registration.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, diagnose, and manage vascular patients.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and care plans.
• Educate patients and families on diagnoses and care options.
• Coordinate with physicians and healthcare team for comprehensive care.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant documentation in the EMR.
