Job summary

United Vein & Vascular Centers (UVVC) is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for a 100% outpatient, office-based role focused on consultation, evaluation, and ongoing management of vascular patients in Northern Colorado.

Flexible scheduling and clinic options (Longmont, Thornton, Fort Collins) are available, with collaboration with vascular physicians and independent practice within scope after training.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as an NP or PA in an inpatient, outpatient, or surgical setting.
• Vascular experience required.
• Procedural experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, diagnose, and manage patients with vascular conditions.
• Develop individualized treatment and care plans.
• Provide patient and family education regarding diagnoses, treatment options, and ongoing care.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive care.
• Address patient questions, follow-up concerns, and urgent clinical needs.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EMR while adhering to HIPAA guidelines.
