Job summary

United Vein & Vascular Centers seeks an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for a 100% outpatient, office-based role focused on consultation, evaluation, and ongoing management of vascular disease.

Locations include Longmont, Thornton, and Fort Collins with flexible full- and part-time options. Competitive compensation, sign-on bonus, and a robust benefits package are provided; licensing in Colorado and national certs are required with HIPAA-compliant EMR use.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of NP/PA experience in inpatient, outpatient, or surgical setting.
• Vascular experience required.
• Procedural experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, diagnose, and manage patients with vascular conditions.
• Develop individualized treatment and care plans.
• Provide patient and family education regarding diagnoses and ongoing care.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive care.
• Address patient questions, follow-up concerns, and urgent clinical needs.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EMR while adhering to HIPAA guidelines.
