Job summary

United Vein & Vascular Centers is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to diagnose, treat, and manage vascular diseases in an office-based setting in Gilbert, AZ. The role emphasizes consultations, ongoing evaluations, follow-up care, and in-office procedures under physician supervision.

You will perform consultations and procedures within your scope of practice after training, collaborating with physicians to deliver comprehensive vascular care.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in an inpatient, outpatient, or surgical setting.
• Vascular experience required; procedural experience is a plus.
• Active NP or PA license in the applicable state; national certification.
• BLS and ACLS certifications.
• DEA license or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and manage vascular conditions including venous insufficiency and PAD.
• Perform minimally invasive procedures (ultrasound-guided interventions) as trained.
• Develop and implement patient-specific treatment plans.
• Educate patients and families on vascular conditions and care options.
• Collaborate with supervising physicians for comprehensive care.
• Respond to patient inquiries, follow-ups, and emergencies.
• Document care in EMR and ensure HIPAA compliance.
