Job summary

United Vein & Vascular Centers in Gilbert, AZ is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA) to join our vascular care team. In this role you will evaluate and manage venous and arterial conditions and perform minimally invasive procedures with training provided.

You will develop patient-specific treatment plans, educate patients, collaborate with supervising physicians, and document care in EMR while maintaining HIPAA compliance.

Qualifications

• Degree from an accredited NP or PA program.
• Active NP or PA license in the applicable state.
• National certification (AANP/ANCC for NP; NCCPA for PA).
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
• DEA license (or ability to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and manage vascular conditions such as venous insufficiency, pelvic congestion syndrome, and peripheral arterial disease.
• Perform minimally invasive procedures (ultrasound-guided sclerotherapy, micro-phlebectomy) with training provided.
• Develop and implement patient-specific treatment plans.
• Educate patients and families about vascular conditions, options, and care plans.
• Collaborate with supervising physicians and specialists for comprehensive care.
• Respond to patient inquiries, follow-ups, and emergencies.
• Document care in electronic medical records and ensure HIPAA compliance.
