The role includes developing grant programs, teaching and supervising residents, delivering educational lectures, and engaging in scholarly activities as part of the radiology department’s mission to advance innovation

Qualifications

• New York State Medical License is required.
• Board certification in Diagnostic Radiology is required.
• Fellowship in Vascular/Interventional Radiology is required.
• ABR-CAQ in Vascular/Interventional Radiology (or eligible) is preferred.
• 3+ years of experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop grant programs for carotid and aortic stent graft program, and work jointly with vascular surgeons.
• Teach and supervise residents.

The Department of Interventional Radiology at SUNY Downstate Health Sciences University is seeking a full-time fellowship-trained Vascular/Interventional Radiologist, Clinical Assistant Professor (TCL). The successful candidate will:

• Develop grant programs for carotid and aortic stent graft program, and work jointly with vascular surgeons.
• Teach and supervise residents.
