Job summary

Infinite Health Collaborative (i-Health) is seeking a Medical Scribe to document patient data in the electronic health records system during visits and support clinical teams. This full-time role occurs Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, at our Woodbury and Edina clinics.

The position requires a high school diploma or GED (bachelor’s preferred), prior scribe experience, and knowledge of medical terminology.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Previous Medical Scribe experience preferred.
• Understanding of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology preferred.
• Knowledge of diagnostic procedures, pharmacology, and treatment assessments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Document patient data into electronic health records during visits.
• Retrieve data related to patient visits as needed.
• Ensure accuracy of patient information entered into the system.
• Follow coding requirements during entry of patient information.
• Assist with exam room preparation and patient care as trained.
• Assist with scheduling imaging studies and injections.
• Perform related administrative tasks to support providers.
