Stryker is seeking a Field Clinical Specialist in the United States to educate physicians on Inari devices, support implantation and troubleshooting, and partner with local Account Managers to expand clinical capabilities. Responsibilities include leading training in hospital settings, identifying therapy adoption opportunities, and acting as a clinical interface with the medical community.

Qualifications

  • Associates degree in nursing or related clinical discipline preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years in cath lab or comparable clinical environment.
  • Proven cardiovascular science knowledge and clinical acumen.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

  • Educate physicians on device handling, implantation and troubleshooting.
  • Develop and facilitate training sessions in hospital environments.
  • Identify therapy adoption opportunities with Regional/Account Managers.
  • Communicate technical information clearly during procedures.
  • Serve as a clinical interface between medical community and the company.
  • Build credible relationships and share product expertise.
  • Provide education and support for complex field inquiries.
  • Understand all Inari products and related technologies.
  • Collaborate with product teams to feedback on features and new devices.
  • Document procedural observations for regulatory requirements and continuous improvement.
  • Perform other duties as needed.
