Aspirus Wausau Hospital in Wausau, WI is seeking a Sonographer - Vascular/Echo to perform complex imaging procedures and provide diagnostic evidence to the interpreting physician.

You will obtain high-quality images, exercise professional judgment, and communicate pertinent clinical information to support accurate diagnoses. This full-time role offers weekday day shifts with on-call rotation, comprehensive benefits, and a supportive team focused on patient care.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited ultrasound program per JRCEDMS standards.
• One or more years of clinical ultrasound experience preferred.
• ARDMS (AB, OB/GYN or BR) or ARRT (S) certification.
• ARDMS (RVT) or CCI (RCS) preferred.
• Current CPR/BLS certification required within 90 days of hire.
• Site-specific competencies in protocols, equipment and computer systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform complex imaging procedures with professional judgment.
• Obtain high-quality diagnostic images and analyze findings.
• Provide ordering provider with diagnostic evidence and pertinent clinical information for final diagnosis.
