HCA Florida North Florida Hospital in Gainesville seeks a Vascular CV Tech II to support the Cardiac Cath Lab team. Responsible for assisting in procedures, patient prep, scrubbing, circulating, and maintaining sterile technique.

Must have accredited Cardiovascular Technology or Radiology program, BLS and ACLS, RCIS or radiology licenses, and prior Cath Lab exposure is preferred. Self-motivated with teamwork and ability to work in fast-paced environment.

Competenze

• Graduate of an accredited Cardiovascular Technology or Radiology program.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required.
• RCIS registry required for CVT graduates; 12 months to obtain RCIS if hired as CVT.
• Florida Radiology Technologist license; ARRT registry required; VI/CI registry preferred.
• Previous Cardiac Cath Lab experience preferred.

Mansioni

• Provide safe, meaningful service to Cardiac Cath Lab and CVL patients.
• Perform patient setup, scrubbing, circulating, recording, and sterile technique.
• Troubleshoot clinical equipment and ensure image quality meets standards.
• Support on-call availability and departmental performance measures.
