Job summary

Advocate Health in Libertyville, IL is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Vascular Clinic to deliver patient-centered care during the 8:00 am to 4:30 pm schedule, 40 hours per week. You will coordinate nursing care, ensure safety, and support transitions across care settings.

The role requires an IL RN license and evidence-based practice in a busy clinic environment. BSN is preferred; ADN with BSN completion agreement may be considered.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program with IL RN license.
• BSN preferred; ADN acceptable with agreement to enroll in BSN completion.
• Current AHA CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care through the nursing process.
• Lead efforts to create a safe patient environment and best patient experience.
• Coordinate care across the continuum and assist in transitions.
