Job summary

Condell Medical Center in Libertyville, IL is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for the Vascular Clinic. The role is full-time (40 hours weekly) with weekday hours from 8am to 4:30pm and a competitive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, PTO and tuition reimbursement from day one.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with Current IL RN license.
• BSN preferred; ADN acceptable with agreement for nurses with less than 12 months of experience to enroll in BSN completion program to be completed in four years.
• Current AHA CPR.

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care.
• Lead efforts to create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience across the continuum.
• Deliver and coordinate patient care across the continuum to support successful transitions to other delivery systems or home.
