Job summary

Preferred Vascular Group, part of the Surgery Partners family, is seeking an experienced ASC + Clinic Administrator to lead the Southeast Atlanta Clinic + ASC in Lithonia, GA. You will oversee daily operations and drive patient care excellence across vascular services.

The Administrator partners with the Medical Director and Surgery Partners leadership to manage clinical, administrative and business office operations, budgeting, staffing, and strategic growth initiatives.

Qualifications

• Minimum four years in supervisory/management roles within a healthcare setting.
• Experience with ASC operations and vascular services preferred.
• Knowledge of state, federal and accrediting standards (AAAHC).

Responsibilities

• Drive top-line growth and cultivate physician relationships.
• Own organic growth via increased volume and new physician recruitment.
• Design and execute growth initiatives with Access Coordinators and market teams.
• Oversee P&L, budgeting, and cost controls for the facility.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and high-quality patient care across services.
