Job summary

Preferred Vascular Group, part of the Surgery Partners family, seeks an experienced ASC + Clinic Administrator to lead the Southeast Atlanta Clinic and ASC in Atlanta, GA. The Administrator will oversee daily operations, coordinate clinical and business office activities, manage staff and budgeting, and partner with physician groups to deliver high-quality vascular care.

Reporting to the Senior Director of Operations, this role emphasizes top-line growth, strong physician relationships,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree, BSN, or RN preferred, or equivalent experience with at least four years of supervisory/management experience.
• ASC experience is highly preferred, with vascular service line exposure.
• Knowledge of State, Federal and Accrediting Body regulations (AAAHC).

Responsibilities

• Drive top-line growth and cultivate physician relationships.
• Owns organic top-line growth via increased volume and new physician recruitment.
• Designs and executes growth initiatives with designated partners to drive case volume growth.
• Oversee the center’s P&L, including budgeting, controls and reporting.
• Ensure resources and team members are prepared to support physicians and clinical staff in safe and effective care.
