Job summary

United Vein & Vascular Centers is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for a 100% outpatient vascular care role in Northern Colorado, with options across Longmont, Thornton, and Fort Collins. You will diagnose and manage vascular conditions, develop care plans, and educate patients in a collaborative setting with vascular physicians.

The position offers 2+ years of vascular experience preferred, with 100% outpatient responsibilities, generous compensation, and a sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program.
• Active Colorado NP or PA license (or ability to obtain).
• National certification: NP (AANP or ANCC) or PA (NCCPA).
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
• DEA registration (or ability to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, diagnose, and manage patients with vascular conditions.
• Develop individualized treatment and care plans.
• Provide patient and family education regarding diagnoses, treatment options, and ongoing care.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive care.
• Address patient questions, follow-up concerns, and urgent clinical needs.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EMR while adhering to HIPAA guidelines.
