Job summary

Baptist Health seeks an RN Vascular Access to provide specialized nursing care and act as a clinical expert across patient populations. The role includes ultrasound-guided IV placement, Midline and PICC insertion, and collaboration with physicians, nursing staff, and other departments.

The RN will support system Nursing Strategic Plans and may have additional duties within role scope. Positive patient outcomes and adherence to quality standards are emphasized.

Qualifications

• BSN preferred
• Minimum 2 years nursing experience
• PICC certification within 12 months of hire
• Active RN licensure required
• BLS certification required, ACLS/PALS/NRP may be required depending on area

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to patients across the lifespan.
• Insert ultrasound-guided IVs, Midlines and PICCs.
• Serve as liaison for physicians, nursing staff and ancillary departments.
• Support Baptist Health System and Nursing Strategic Plans.
