AdventHealth in Orlando, FL is seeking an experienced RN for a vascular access and infusion role. The position emphasizes ultrasound-guided vascular access, PICC/port management, and collaboration with critical care and oncology teams to provide reliable IV access for therapies.

The role requires RN licensure, BLS/ACLS, and preferred VA-BC or CRNI credentials. Night shifts are included with a full-time schedule and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• PICC, Port, and peripheral IV access validation required or highly preferred.
• RN license and current BLS/ACLS/PALS certifications may be required depending on role.
• Vascular access expertise and patient infusion therapy knowledge expected.

Responsibilities

• Follows CDC sterile technique and PPE guidelines to ensure safety.
• Manage venous access cases, select appropriate access based on age and therapy.
• Participate in quality initiatives and performance improvement activities.

• Assess patient developmental needs and coordinate with support systems.
• Document procedures and assessments per department policy.
