Bayhealth is seeking an RN Vascular Access Specialist at the Kent Campus. You will manage vascular access devices, lead education, and contribute to policy development while maintaining high-quality patient care.

The role requires BSN or MSN preparation and RN licensure, with PICC/Midline experience and a focus on infection prevention and data-driven improvement. This on-site position offers day/evening shifts and a strong benefits package.

Qualifications

• BSN or MSN in nursing and RN license.
• 3 years clinical RN experience in acute healthcare.
• Competency in peripheral IV and PICC line placement.

Responsibilities

• Insert central catheters (PICC) per national standards and CDC guidelines.
• Perform PICC/Midline insertions, IV starts, and vascular access consultations; document in EMR.
• Educate patients and staff on vascular access and best practices; participate in performance improvement.
