Job summary

Lee Health is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse for Vascular Access to provide safe, comprehensive nursing care during night shifts within the Staffing Resource Center float pool. You will document care, assess patients, and coordinate with the care team on VA procedures across facilities in the system.

Responsibilities include adherence to ANA standards, Florida Nurse Practice Act, and delivering high-quality patient care while demonstrating professional development and cross-disciplinary

Qualifications

• Associate degree from accredited nursing program.
• IV therapy experience with demonstrated skills.
• PICC line insertion experience preferred.
• American Heart Association BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe delivery and documentation of VA patient care using nursing process.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure quality patient outcomes.
• Adhere to Florida Nurse Practice Act and ANA standards.
