Job summary

Lee Health is actively seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) in Vascular Access for Fort Myers, Florida. The role requires delivering safe patient care, documentation, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams within a busy acute care setting.

Two years’ vascular access or high-volume IV experience are preferred, along with PICC insertion and ultrasound-guided IV skills. Florida licensure and BLS are required, with ongoing professional development supported.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing.
• Associates or Bachelors preferred.
• Two years of recent acute care experience in vascular access.
• PICC line insertion experience preferred.
• Ultrasound-guided IV experience preferred.
• Current American Heart Association BLS certification (90 days post hire).
• Currently licensed in the State of Florida.

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe patient care and document using the nursing process.
• Collaborate with other disciplines to ensure effective patient care delivery.
• Direct and coordinate nursing care per established standards and professional guidelines.
