Job summary

Carroll Hospital in Westminster, Maryland, part of LifeBridge Health, is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide and oversee nursing care, coordinating with the care team for patients and families. The RN will supervise care delivery, assess responses to treatment, and prepare patients for discharge within a community hospital setting.

Requirements include a Nursing Degree and current Maryland RN license or eligibility, plus BLS.

Qualifications

• Licensed RN with current Maryland license or eligibility to obtain Maryland license.
• Basic Life Support certification.
• Emergency/CCU/IMC experience required.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care and manage patient care plans.
• Coordinate with the care team and families using nursing process.
• Supervise delivery of care by the nursing team and support staff.
• Evaluate patient response to treatment and revise the plan of care as needed.
• Prepare patients for discharge and ensure smooth transition of care.
