Job summary

Carroll Hospital in Westminster, Maryland, part of LifeBridge Health, seeks a Registered Nurse to join the Nursing Department. The RN provides and delegates patient care using the nursing process, collaborates with a multidisciplinary team, and prepares patients for discharge.

Required: Nursing Degree and Maryland RN license or eligibility; NIHSS, BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications. Preference for BSN; less than one year of experience.

Qualifications

• Nursing Degree required.
• Maryland RN license or eligibility to obtain Maryland license.
• NIHSS, Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Provide and delegate patient care using the nursing process with independent judgment and collaboration with the care team.
• Supervise delivery of care by team members and coordinate with ancillary services.
• Evaluate patient progress and revise the plan of care; prepare patients for discharge.
