Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provides direct care to patients and makes nursing judgments; develops and evaluates care plans.
• Coordinates patient care and directs assistive personnel for safe, efficient, patient-centered care.
• Collaborates with other health professionals to assess and address healthcare needs of patients and families; educates patients and families.
• Develops educational materials and documents outcomes in patient records; educates about discharge and community services.
• Maintains mandatory education and participates in quality improvement activities.
