Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; an Associate's Degree is desirable; a Bachelor's Degree is strongly preferred.
• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing with RN licensure in the appropriate state.
• ACLS certification is required; BLS certification may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care before, during and after procedures under supervision.
• Monitor patient condition, administer medications and IV moderate sedation as directed.
• Maintain medical records with accurate and timely documentation.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, safety, and facility policies; participate in CQI activities.
• Assist with instrument preparation, scrub duties, and patient transport as needed.
