Job summary

Fresenius Medical Care is seeking an experienced registered nurse to support vascular access procedures. You will provide direct nursing care pre, during, and post-procedure under supervision, administer medications, and assist with sterile technique as a scrub tech. You will monitor patients, document care accurately, and uphold CQI and regulatory standards.

The role requires current RN licensure, ACLS/BLS, and 4–6 years of related experience, with proficiency in medical software and MS Office.

Qualifications

• RN licence with current state licensure required.
• 4–6 years of related experience preferred.
• Proficient in IV insertion and rhythm recognition.
• Experience with medical database software; MS Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care pre, during and post procedure under supervision.
• Administer medications and IV moderate sedation per physician orders.
• Act as scrub technologist during procedures.
• Monitor patient condition and manage adverse events.
• Document patient information from admission to discharge accurately.
• Maintain medical records and comply with policies and CQI activities.
