Job summary

Hackensack Meridian Health is seeking a Physician Assistant / Nurse Practitioner for a per diem role in Vascular Access Interventional Radiology. Responsibilities include providing medical services under physician supervision, performing histories and physicals, and coordinating care across the team.

Qualified candidates will have PA or NP credentials, NJ licensure, and certifications (BLS/ACLS). Excellent communication and computer skills are essential; weekend shifts are required.

Qualifications

• Successful completion of an approved physician's assistant program or ACNP/NP program.
• Licensure: PA or NP licenses and board certification.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, and strong computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide medical services under the supervision of a licensed physician.
• Perform history and physical assessments appropriate for patient age and condition.
• Order, perform, and interpret labs and imaging as needed.
• Prescribe medications per NJ regulations with patient education.
