Qualifications

• Graduate of a NLN/AACN accredited nursing program.
• Master's or Doctorate degree from an accredited NP program.
• Successful completion of an approved Physician Assistant program.

Responsibilities

• Provide medical services under supervision of a licensed physician.
• Perform and document comprehensive history and physical assessments appropriate for patient age and condition.
• Order, perform, and interpret laboratory tests and diagnostic studies in collaboration with physicians.
• Prescribe medications safely and effectively in accordance with hospital policy and NJ regulations.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to coordinate patient care and education.
• Participate in rounds and care planning to improve outcomes.
