Job summary

NRI is seeking a Value Added Service (VAS) Lead in Henderson, NV. As a VAS Lead, you will manage the VAS team while engaging with products from clients in the active lifestyle sector. Qualifications

• 12+ months of prior experience in warehousing, VAS, or retail merchandising.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, specifically Outlook and Excel.
• Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs and perform essential job functions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the training and cross-training of team members.
• Lead and delegate a variety of VAS tasks.
• Collaborate with the Supervisor to plan labor requirements.
• Perform tagging, repackaging, and special projects.
• Maintain safety rules and keep work areas clean.
