Job summary

RJW Logistics is seeking a VAS Lead (2nd Shift) in Hazleton, PA. The role oversees co-pack operations, supervises warehouse staff, and maintains inventory accuracy. Compensation is $23.00–$24.00 per hour with a 2nd shift schedule: Mon–Fri, 4pm–12:30am.

The position offers earnings growth through incentives and a strong ownership-based benefits program. Requirements include 2 years of warehouse experience and a GED or HS Diploma.

Qualifications

• 2 years warehouse experience.
• Co-pack, labeling, QA, IC experience.
• GED or HS Diploma; college is a plus.
• Ability to lead a team with minimal direction.
