Job summary

Qualifications

• Certification in American Sport Education Program or valid Illinois teaching certification.
• IHSA required tests must be completed.
• Current First Aid/CPR/AED certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all levels of the program.
• Direct and evaluate coaching staff; monitor assignments.
• Develop game and practice schedules; manage facilities and budget.
• Ensure student-athlete academic eligibility and NCAA compliance guidance.
• Coordinate with Athletic Director on staffing, equipment, and fundraising.
• Maintain communication with athletes, parents, staff, and community.

Education

Proper certification with American Sport Education Program and/or Valid Illinois Teaching certificate
