Job summary

South Western School District is seeking a swimming and diving coach dedicated to developing student-athletes and fostering a positive team culture within the athletic department.

Experience coaching at the interscholastic or youth level is required, and a background in lacrosse play or coaching is preferred. Candidates should demonstrate strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills to effectively mentor athletes and coordinate practices and competitions.
