Job summary

Menlo School Athletics is seeking a Varsity Offensive Line coach for the 2026 football season, starting immediately. The role is seasonal and hourly, with compensation for on-field and off-field activities, including travel and meetings.

The ideal candidate will have previous coaching and playing experience, strong OL fundamentals, and the ability to teach and motivate student-athletes while upholding school values and conduct standards.

Qualifications

• Previous coaching and playing experience are required.

Responsibilities

• Work with JV coaches to ensure consistent teaching between both levels.
• Consistent practice attendance, including summer football, meeting times, and games throughout the season.
• Display knowledge and fundamentals of offensive line scheme and techniques.
• Both Run and Pass Game front play at high school and/or college equivalency.
• Present instructional direction to a position group on-field and in the classroom.
• Develop personal connections with Menlo athletes, staff, and administration while maintaining professional boundaries.
