Job summary

FieldLevel, Inc. is seeking an Offensive Line Coach to develop and lead the offensive line within the football program. You will teach stance, footwork, blocking technique, and run/pass protection while emphasizing toughness and teamwork.

Collaborating with Head Coach and Offensive Coordinator, you will install systems, develop blocking schemes, review film, and adjust to maximize offensive success. You will mentor players of all levels, build leadership, and represent the program with integrity

Qualifications

• Prepare players mentally and physically for practice and competition with toughness, effort, discipline, accountability, and teamwork.
• Install offensive system, develop blocking schemes, create practice plans, evaluate film, and adjust to help the offense succeed.
• Explain defensive fronts, blitzes, stunts, and protections to players.
• Develop players of all experience levels, building confidence, leadership, toughness, and pride in hard work.
• Be present, prepared, energetic, and fully invested; model character, communication, loyalty, and professionalism.
• Understand that offensive line play is built on trust, unity, toughness, and attention to detail.

Job description

The Offensive Line Coach is responsible for developing, teaching, and leading the offensive line unit within the football program. This coach plays a key role in building a tough, disciplined, physical, and fundamentally sound group that sets the tone for the offense and reflects the culture of the program.

The Offensive Line Coach must be committed to developing players of all experience levels.
