Spectrum 360 A NJ Non Profit Corp. is seeking a Varsity Cross Country Coach for Stuart Country Day School for the Fall 2026 season. The role offers the chance to lead a competitive program, inspiring athletes and developing their skills.

The ideal candidate will possess coaching experience, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to fostering a positive environment. Compensation is a competitive $5,500 annual stipend for approximately 10 hours per week of coaching.

Qualifications

• Previous cross country and/or track & field coaching experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to motivate and mentor high school student-athletes.

Responsibilities

• Plan and lead practices to develop endurance and race strategies.
• Prepare athletes for dual meets and championship races.
• Foster a supportive and inclusive team culture.
