Under the supervision of the Director of Athletics and the Head Cross Country Coach, you will foster growth, model sportsmanship, and collaborate with the athletics department to build a supportive, competitive team.

Qualifications

• Significant athletic and competitive experience in cross country or distance running.
• Experience coaching middle school or high school cross country preferred.
• Knowledge of social/emotional needs of middle and upper school athletes; ability to communicate with varied skill levels.

Responsibilities

• Mentor athletes and model sportsmanship and respect.
• Assist in building and maintaining a highly competitive cross country program.
• Collaborate with athletic department and head coach to promote growth and performance.
