Job summary

The Calhoun School is seeking an experienced Varsity Cross Country Assistant Coach for the Fall 2026 season to work alongside an established head coach and help develop high school student-athletes in a supportive, competitive environment.

Salary and date details are provided, with a 15-hour work week, start on 8/23/2026 and end on 10/28/2026, aligning with the fall season and meet-day responsibilities within the Athletic Department.

Qualifications

• Experience coaching cross country, track & field, or distance running preferred.
• Competitive running experience at high school, collegiate, or club level is a plus.
• Experience working with high school-aged students (14–17 years old).
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to motivate and connect with student-athletes.
• Reliable, organized, and committed to the full season.

The Calhoun School is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Varsity Cross Country Assistant Coach for the Fall 2026 season. This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside an established and accomplished head coach while helping develop high school student-athletes in a supportive, competitive, and student-centered environment.

Salary:$4,700/annually
