Grand Ledge High School is seeking a dedicated Varsity Boys Volleyball Coach for the upcoming season. The ideal candidate will understand volleyball techniques and strategies and inspire student-athletes to excel on and off the court.

This seasonal, part-time role requires organizing practices, coordinating game schedules, and promoting sportsmanship while supporting athletes' academic and athletic development.

Competenze

• Previous coaching experience, preferably at the high school level or higher, with a focus on volleyball.
• Strong knowledge of volleyball rules, strategies, and techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with student-athletes and their families.

• Conduct regular team practices and oversee all aspects of the varsity boys volleyball program.

• Communicate effectively with players, parents, and school administration regarding team expectations and progress.

• Scout and analyze opponents to prepare the team for competition.
• Ensure compliance with all school, district, and state athletic regulations.
• Attend coaching clinics and workshops to stay updated on the latest coaching techniques and strategies.
