Job summary

Nature's Bakery in Salt Lake City is seeking a dependable production team member for the night shift (6pm–6:30am on a rotating schedule) to help produce high-quality snacks safely and efficiently. You will measure, weigh, mix ingredients, operate equipment, perform sanitation, handle materials, and complete paperwork with ERP/HMI systems, following food safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Measure, weigh, and mix ingredients accurately.
• Operate production equipment and machinery.
• Perform basic equipment cleaning, sanitation, and maintenance.
• Complete minor equipment changeovers.
• Follow food safety and quality procedures.
• Move and manage materials throughout production.
• Record batching and traceability paperwork accurately.
• Use ERP and HMI systems to track materials.

What You'll Be Doing

As a member of our production team, you'll help make sure we're producing high-quality products safely and efficiently.

• Measure, weigh, and mix ingredients accurately.
• Operate production equipment and machinery.
• Perform basic equipment cleaning, sanitation, and maintenance.
• Complete minor equipment changeovers.
• Follow food safety and quality procedures.
• Move and manage materials throughout the production process.
• Refill bulk containers and assist with bulk bag handling.
• Use our ERP and HMI systems to track materials and ingredient delivery.
• Complete batching and traceability paperwork accurately.
• Keep your work area and equipment clean and safe.
• Work closely with your teammates to keep production running.

You don't need to know everything on day one. We're looking for dependable people who are ready to learn, work hard, and be part of the team.

You’ll need to be able to:

• Work in both warm and cold areas of the facility.
• Keep up in a fast-paced production environment.
• Lift and move materials weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Learn and perform basic equipment changeovers.
• Follow detailed instructions and safety procedures.
• Accurately complete production and traceability paperwork.
• Learn and use computer-based systems, including ERP and HMI systems.
• Work well with others and contribute to a positive team environment.
• Wear steel-toe boots or be willing to get them.
• Read, speak, and write English.
