Job summary

Tree Top Inc. in Selah, WA seeks a Production Operator to stack finished cases, assist in maintaining container supply, and monitor line performance. You will prepare lines for production, maintain a clean, safe work area, and support shift communication.

Must follow safety and GMP guidelines and be able to lift and move materials as required. We offer a competitive hourly wage with weekly payroll and an annual safety incentive, plus full-time employment with benefits.

Job description

SUMMARY:

Properly stack finished cases to pallet specifications. Assist in maintaining a supply of containers to meet lines' needs. Perform proper lifting, monitor quality, record usage, and production. Keep work area clean and maintain production flow. Only a qualified Operator can relieve this position/ Not Add Staff.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Keep Work Area Clean and Organized
• Maintain and Monitor Line Performance
• Prepare Line for Production
• Communicate and Provide Assistance to the Line

Salary Range: $19.05 - 22.37/HR

This range reflects the full pay scale for all roles within this position's grade. The actual salary offer will consider various factors, such as experience and, if applicable, location. Salary increases are determined by promotional opportunities. Tree Top provides a weekly payroll. This position is eligible for annual safety incentive.
