Job summary

You will monitor quality and document findings to ensure parts meet specs while maintaining safety and productivity. Candidates should have a high school diploma, basic tooling skills, and aptitude with drawings and measurements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; minimal formal training required.
• Basic mechanical or technical aptitude is expected.
• Experience using hand and power tools is preferred.
• Ability to read manufacturing drawings, prints or work instructions.
• Basic math and practical geometry skills.
• Basic computer skills with MS Office familiarity.
• Knowledge of simple industrial measuring tools.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic operations on machines for drying power transformers.
• Load/unload machinery and operate non-CNC equipment and oil filling equipment.
• Monitor quality, verify inspections, and document results per specs.
• Follow prints, BOMs, specs and work instructions for components.
• Move and store materials safely; operate lifting equipment as required.
• Assist in TPM tasks and participate in 6S and safety procedures.
• Support the Manufacturing Supervisor and other areas as needed.
