Qualifications

• 3+ years of construction estimating experience or related estimating experience.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and project costs.
• Excellent mathematical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Review project plans and specifications to develop accurate scopes of work.
• Prepare detailed quantity takeoffs for vapor barrier systems and related materials.
• Develop complete and accurate cost estimates within project deadlines.
• Build and maintain relationships with specialty subcontractors and suppliers.
