Qualifications

• Prior experience in vehicle upfitting or equipment installation is preferred.
• Basic electrical knowledge and 12V vehicle electrical systems is a plus.
• Proficiency with hand and power tools and fabrication equipment.
• Ability to read work orders, diagrams, and installation manuals.

Responsibilities

• Install commercial equipment, shelving, storage systems, and accessories into work vans and fleet vehicles.
• Read and interpret work orders, schematics, and installation instructions to complete upfit projects.
• Perform electrical wiring, mounting, and fabrication tasks as required for vehicle upfits.
• Inspect completed installations for quality, safety, and functionality before delivery.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in the shop.
• Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and customer expectations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve installation issues efficiently and professionally.
