The Van Guide will work directly with the Tour Guide and clients to support a guided motorcycle tour and deliver the optimal customer experience while on the road. Duties include driving the support vehicle for a group of motorcycles on a specifically-designed tour, working closely with your Tour Guide to ensure the safety and well-being of your clients, and working with the Tours department as a whole to discover new methods and practices to improve the department.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely support the TourGuide and motorcycle groups while delivering exceptional customer service.
• Work closely with the Tour Guide and Tours Department to deliver the optimal experience for the clients.
• Communicate with customers/clients via email, telephone, and face to face as needed. Requires a smart phone/apps.
• Load and unload customer luggage, tour supplies, and spare motorcycles from the support vehicle.
• Make sure all needed tools, coolers, first aidkits and equipment are present and in good working condition.
• Keep the coolers stocked with ice and water as necessary.
• Assist the Tour Guide to perform necessary research of routes, businesses, attractions, and national parks that will enhance the experience of the group.
• Assist the Tour guide to monitor and track all expenses charged to company credit card and petty cash.
