Job summary

McNaughton Moving & Storage seeks a skilled supervisor to lead a packing, loading, transporting, and delivering crew for household moves. You will ensure safe handling, timely arrivals, and high service standards across multiple moves.

You will operate company trucks, complete expense paperwork, and coordinate overnight trips. The role offers overtime after 8 hours, on-the-job training, and potential owner-operator opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver license for the required class.
• Experience managing a moving crew is preferred.
• Clean driving record is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Manage a crew in packing, loading, transporting and delivering household goods.
• Safely operate company owned commercial motor vehicles between job sites.
• Complete paperwork and expense logs in a timely fashion.
• Overnight trips ranging from a few nights to a week or longer.
• Paid on-the-job training and overtime after 8 hours.
• Owner-operator opportunities available.
