Essential Functions, Duties, and Responsibilities:

• Promote the mission and core values of the Residence and LCB Senior Living to residents, visitors, co-workers, and the surrounding community.
• Actively participate in growing community occupancy by representing and interacting positively with potential residents, family members, and professionals.
• Perform all duties and responsibilities with a positive attitude.
• Operate a 7 to 14+ passenger vehicle safely and efficiently.
• Ensure vehicle readiness, including safety checks, first aid supplies, and updated resident emergency information sheets.
• Assist residents with entering and leaving the vehicle and with baggage as needed.
• Enforce safety rules during travel and secure all necessary paperwork for appointments.
• Transport residents to and from appointments, activities, and destinations.
• Maintain the vehicle by fueling, checking oil and fluids, and cleaning.
• Perform emergency repairs as needed.
• Attend required training and orientation sessions.
• Respond to residents' requests and perform other duties as assigned.
• Assist in planning and organizing residence activities.

Qualifications:

• Customer service-oriented with excellent driving skills and automobile knowledge.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both orally and in writing.
• Requires frequent lifting, bending, and stretching.
• Calmness and composure in emergency situations are essential.

• Education: High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience: At least three years of driving experience required.
• Licenses: Valid driver's license in the state; no more than two moving violations in three years.

• Physical Demands:
• Dexterity, visual and auditory acuity.
• Ability to lift at least 25 lbs, push/pull carts, and walk, sit, or stand as needed.
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as crouching, kneeling, reaching, and bending.
• Proficiency in typing and computer use.
