Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older with a valid driver's license.
• Must have a clean driving record and demonstrate safe driving practices.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience transporting patients required.
• Ability to interact professionally and compassionately with residents, families, and staff.
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check.
• Strong desire to support the elderly population.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport residents to and from medical appointments.
• Assist residents in and out of the vehicle as needed.
• Maintain a clean and safe vehicle according to facility standards.
• Follow traffic laws and safety regulations.
• Conduct routine vehicle checks and report maintenance concerns.
• Maintain transportation schedules and communicate delays.
• Provide courteous interaction with residents, families, and staff.
• Ensure safety during all phases of transport.
