Job summary

The Northbridge Companies in Maine is seeking a Van Driver for Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays (20-24 hours per week) to safely transport residents to appointments and activities, providing reliable, friendly service. You will assist residents with boarding and exiting, help with walkers, and maintain the van's cleanliness and safety while supporting community programs.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport residents to and from appointments, outings, and community events.
• Ensure the comfort and well being of passengers during transit.
• Assist residents with boarding and exiting the van; lift/fold walkers as needed.
• Maintain the cleanliness and safety of the van, conduct routine inspections.
• Assist in community programs and activities as needed.
• Communicate effectively with residents, staff, and community members.
• Report any issues or incidents promptly.
• Uphold a friendly and helpful demeanor to create a positive experience for residents.

Van Driver Job Summary

Your main responsibility will be to ensure the safe and comfortable transportation of our residents. As a Van Driver, you'll contribute to the well-being of our community members by providing reliable transportation for various activities and appointments.

Responsibilities:
