Job summary

The Brewhouse Inn & Suites in Milwaukee is seeking a friendly Van Driver to transport guests safely and efficiently, assist with luggage, and showcase hotel amenities. You will help guests with check-ins, escort to rooms when needed, and maintain a polished vehicle and professional appearance.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, a valid driver's license, and a good driving record, plus strong communication and composure under pressure.

Qualifications

• High school diploma (or equivalent) preferred; hotel or related experience a plus.
• Valid state driver’s license and acceptable driving record required; at least one year of driving experience.
• Strong communication, quick decision‑making, and ability to stay composed under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and team members with warmth and professionalism.
• Load and unload luggage, assist with check‑ins and check‑outs, escort guests to rooms.
• Open and close cab doors, deliver messages, packages, or flowers as needed.
• Keep the van clean inside and out; transport guests on scheduled runs.
• Support guest services by answering the console, aiding with room changes, and following safety policies.
